Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, which are applied directly to the skin, and to protect the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their original seal removed.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase or selecting a product that is not suitable for your personal needs.
Products that have been opened, used, tested, or have damaged, broken, or removed packaging or seals.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers, unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

For your satisfaction and peace of mind, we accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

The product arrived damaged during shipping.
You received a product different from the one you ordered.
The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Return Request Requirements

To submit a return or exchange request, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must remain in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and seals intact.
Please provide clear photos showing the issue, along with your order number, so we can review your request.

Refunds and Replacements

Once your request has been reviewed and the product has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you may choose between:

A replacement product of the same item (subject to availability).
A refund issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
